This International Women’s Day (IWD), we’re accelerating progress with our “Accelerate Action” campaign. This year’s initiative focuses on visible leadership support. It also highlights the tangible actions we can all take to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
In a special message, Anthony O’Rourke, CEO, emphasised the importance of IWD as a reminder to foster inclusivity. “We need to continue to support our female colleagues in their career journeys. Our new strategy is committed to our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) programme. Together we can build a PM Group where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute,” said Anthony.
Susanne Jeffery, PM Group’s Chief People & Culture Officer added, “In my new role with PM Group, I will be working hard with all the teams across the group to attract, develop and retain the very best talent. We will ensure our processes for career development and advancement are best in class, but above all, fair and equitable. Embracing diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion not only makes us a great place to work but also gives us a competitive advantage in the marketplace.”
