Gender Pay Gap Report 2023

Enhancing diversity and inclusion is a key priority in our strategy

Gender Pay Gap reporting is part of being a transparent, open business. PM Group is pleased to present its Gender Pay Gap Report 2023 Ireland.

Enhancing diversity and inclusion, particularly gender diversity, is a central priority of PM Group's 2025 Strategy.

About our findings

As anticipated, the 2023 Report reveals the existence of a gender pay gap.

  • The total mean pay gap in 2023 was 30.3% (reduced from 32.4% in 2022)
  • The total mean bonus gap in 2023 was 49.6% (reduced from 56.3% in 2022)

Like our competitors, we acknowledge that our industry confronts a persistent challenge in addressing gender imbalance. It is likely that this challenge will continue in the medium term. Our commitment remains unwavering to advancing the participation of females in STEM subjects,” said Anthony O’Rourke, CEO Designate.

Industry recognition

During the year, our teams were delighted to achieve ‘Investors in Diversity Bronze’ from the Irish Centre for Diversity. We were also honoured to be recognised with the IChemE Global Diversity and Inclusion Award 2023.
