We are delighted to announce that Jeremy Freeman has been appointed as Director of Pharmaceutical Sector. Jeremy has an impressive track record with over 25 years’ experience in the international life sciences industry.
In his new role, Jeremy will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and support their business growth globally. Formerly Sector Business Development Director, Jeremy looked after new business development and managed various key accounts including MSD, Pfizer, Lilly and Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines.
Jeremy takes over the role from Andy Rayner, Executive Director, who successfully led the sector for over nine years. Andy is now leading the growth and expansion of our USA business, bringing his extensive experience and leadership to this critical initiative.

Jeremy joined PM Group in 2000 as a Project Engineer working in both design and construction roles before joining the group business development team. Since 2004, Jeremy has worked extensively in the USA in both project and development roles. He was part of the team involved in looking at acquisitions in the USA leading to the establishment of our California operation.
Jeremy holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West of Scotland, an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Higher Diploma in Management and Marketing from UCC.
