Susanne Jeffery appointed as Chief People and Culture Officer
PM Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Susanne Jeffery as Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) and to its Board of Directors.
Susanne has over 23 years’ experience and joins us from PwC where she led the HR Transformation and Technology Practice. Susanne has supported clients in the development of HR strategies and operating models, talent management strategies and HR technology implementation. Previously, she worked with Accenture where she was Global Head of Employee Experience. In this role, she was responsible for creating and supporting global programmes at a regional and country level.
Susanne holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She also holds a diploma in Executive and Business Coaching from Smurfit Business School and a diploma in Artificial Intelligence from UCD.
