Celebrating Inclusion Week 2024
We are excited for PM Group's Inclusion Week. It’s a key event in our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. This year, the theme is ‘Impact Matters’. It highlights how inclusive practices benefit our company and the community.
We'll host panel discussions and webinars showcasing diverse views. Key highlights include:
- LGBTQ+ Network Launch: We're launching ACCEPT, our LGBTQ+ Network. A global panel will discuss LGBTQ+ topics and the value of Employee Networks.
- Flexible Working Focus: We'll explore work-life balance, family responsibilities, additional leave and part-time work. Colleagues will share how they balance busy careers and life responsibilities.
- ‘Get to Know China’ Session: This webinar will deepen our understanding of PM Group’s operations in China. Colleagues will also share a wide range of Chinese cultural insights.
Besides these informative sessions, there will be local activities to promote inclusivity.
These efforts aim to make realand positive changes in our workplace.
