About our findings

The 2024 Gender Pay Gap Report highlights the presence of a gender pay gap, although it has narrowed over the reporting period.

  • The total mean pay gap in 2024 was 32.8%, down from 33.2% in 2023. These changes reflect our ongoing efforts to attract, retain and promote female talent within the organisation.
  • In 2024, we have seen a significant change with more males opting to take up part-time working. This is due to the extension of family-friendly policies that now apply to both genders as well as changes in pre-retirement practices.

"We have significantly increased female participation at earlier career stages and we are pleased to report a nearly 50:50 gender split at those levels. Over time, we expect these colleagues to develop and grow into the future leaders of the Group," said Anthony O'Rourke, CEO, PM Group.
