We're focusing on knowledge sharing as part of International Women in Engineering Day (IWED) and our longer-term gender balance strategy. The “Knowledge Exchange” is the latest powerful and practical initiative from our Women’s Network.

The Knowledge Exchange is a platform for collaborative learning. It bridges the gap between technical and non-technical subjects by exploring a diverse range of topics. The aim is to help women in our business learn more about an exciting range of subjects by hearing from our network of expert members. Attendees are encouraged to explore new ideas and engage with the topics.

Already, there have been fascinating presentations delivered on Smart Manufacturing and AI. Other areas explored included realistic presentations of life working abroad and on-site. Further exciting topics will be covered over the remainder of 2024.

The Knowledge Exchange is another important initiative which allows our Women’s Network members to learn, grow and support each other.
