We were delighted to win the IITD Pearse Walsh Award for ‘Innovation in the Transfer of Learning to Employees’ for our Pharma SME Development Programme.

Congratulations to Glanbia and Musgrave who were also shortlisted in this category, and to all the other finalists and winners in the IITD awards.

“Our tailored SME programme is based on three core pillars – training modules, mentoring and on the job experience. It is focused on bringing our top engineers and architects to world class expert level. This enables us to provide the best possible solutions to our clients around the globe,” according to Catherine Lanigan, Pharma Sector Operations Manager.

“To be eligible for the Pearse Walsh Award, companies need to have participated in the design and delivery of a high impact learning event that showed innovation in the transfer of learning to employees. This is what we feel lies at the heart of our SME Programme,” said Una Healy, Group Head of Learning and Development.
