Krzysztof Andrulewicz appointed as Managing Director - Poland

Krzysztof will be responsible for overseeing the continued growth and development of our business in Poland. Bringing over 25 years’ valuable experience, he will focus on leading and growing our team of over 400 people, working on complex projects for clients in the Advanced Manufacturing and Food sectors.

In his previous roles as CEO of Skanska Poland and of Archicom, Krzysztof was responsible for establishing and executing highly effective strategic development. He has previously worked with clients such as Toyota, Colgate - Palmolive, Electrolux and MTU, many of which are current clients of PM Group.

Krzysztof was one of the initiators and subsequently the first president of the Major Contractors Group in Poland. This has been a significant industry wide initiative focused on the improvement of safety in the Polish construction industry. He graduated from the Wroclaw Technical University in 1993 and obtained an MBA in 1996. Krzysztof has also completed courses at Greenwich University, IMD Switzerland, University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and the Academy of Leadership Psychology.
