We are pleased to announce the appointment of Krzysztof Andrulewicz as Managing Director of our Poland Business Unit.

Krzysztof will be responsible for overseeing the continued growth and development of our business in Poland. Bringing over 25 years’ valuable experience, he will focus on leading and growing our team of over 400 people, working on complex projects for clients in the Advanced Manufacturing and Food sectors.

In his previous roles as CEO of Skanska Poland and of Archicom, Krzysztof was responsible for establishing and executing highly effective strategic development. He has previously worked with clients such as Toyota, Colgate - Palmolive, Electrolux and MTU, many of which are current clients of PM Group.

Having an established career within the construction and infrastructure industry, the leadership and commitment he has demonstrated to improving safety in the Polish Construction industry. His experience in leading and managing large scale teams will further enable us grow our business in the region. Krzysztof was one of the initiators and subsequently the first president of the Major Contractors Group in Poland. This has been a significant industry wide initiative focused on the improvement of safety in the Polish construction industry. He graduated from the Wroclaw Technical University in 1993 and obtained an MBA in 1996. Krzysztof has also completed courses at Greenwich University, IMD Switzerland, University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and the Academy of Leadership Psychology.
