PM Group appoints new Board Directors

John Hampson joined PM Group as Chief Digital & Transformation Officer. John will spearhead digital initiatives to transform project delivery and our service offering. He will be responsible for all digital functions and play a leadership role in the next phase of growth of the company. With over 25 years’ experience in senior technology roles, John previously served as Chief Information Officer at Ardagh Group, with executive responsibility for digital transformation and technology.

David Kennedy has been appointed as Chief Risk Officer. David will lead the management and oversight of all aspects of contractual and commercial risk for PM Group. His role will also focus on continuing to ensure the delivery of best-in-class quality across the organisation. David was previously Group Head of Commercial, Contractual & Risk and a member of the senior leadership team.  He has over 28 years’ experience in project delivery including large-scale projects in France, the USA, UK and Belgium.

Anne Böcker has been appointed as an independent, non-executive director and chairperson of the Audit Risk & Finance Committee of the Board.  Anne recently retired following a successful career with PwC Germany. Her role with PwC included 24 years as partner in audit and risk management. She brings extensive international experience working with national and multinational organisations in the pharmaceutical and chemicals industries. Anne’s appointment enhances the Board’s international diversity and commitment to growing strategically in the DACH region.

John holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronic systems, a Diploma in Industrial Studies from University of Ulster and is a Fellow of the Irish Computer Society.

David qualified as a Chemical Engineer from Munster Technological University (MTU) and has an MSc in Executive Leadership from University of Ulster.

Anne is a fully licensed auditor and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Universität Münster.
