Construction milestone at EMD Serono’s pharma R&D lab and office project
Just over a year since starting the initial plans for this 145,000 sqft building in Billerica, Massachusetts, PM Group and project partners celebrated seeing the first piece of steel placed.
Our architects are designing this building to LEED Gold and WELL 2.0 standards.
