UK Managing Director Appointment

Declan will be responsible for overseeing the continued growth and development of our businesses in Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh. With over 20 years’ experience, Declan will focus on leading and growing our team of 450 people working on projects for clients in the pharma, advanced manufacturing and energy sectors.

“Declan’s leadership, commitment and experience in managing large scale teams will further enable us to grow our UK operation. His focus will be on serving the local UK market and working closer with our office network to increase our delivery in Europe. I look forward to working with Declan to further develop and deliver our strategy,” said Anthony O’ Rourke, European Operations Director, PM Group.

As part of PM Group’s development, Martin will take an interim role prior to his retirement later this year. This will focus on wider business initiatives, including further developing our advanced manufacturing sector reach into Europe.
