A mixed use development

PM Group’s architects designed this new 145,000 sq ft mixed use office and R&D laboratories development. It incorporates a central campus cafeteria and is connected to existing adjacent facilities via bridges.

Flexible state-of-the-art R&D laboratories

The R&D area includes approx. 30,000 sq.ft of flexible lab space adaptable for future needs. Benches can be arranged to suit the research and the user. Regularly spaced overhead service panels provide utilities to the bench top. As benches are rearranged, utilities have ‘Plug and Play’ capability to suit the science.

With a focus on sustainability, the building has achieved both LEED Gold and WELL Platinum accreditation.
