This 72,000 sq.m. US$250m greenfield development sits on a 250,000 sq.m. site. The new facility consists of a production building, central utilities building, raw storage, admin building and WWTP. Project completion is due mid 2023.

PM Group’s China team has been leading the project through the Covid pandemic while the Client team has been supporting remotely from the USA. Our services began with a 12 month Site Search and Due Diligence to identify the right location. We then led the project through Concept Design, Basis of Design, Engineering and Procurement.

A significant early milestone was the successful enclosure of the main buildings before the –30oC temperatures stopped external construction in December '21.
