Upgrades and improvements

Upgrade of basic and workplace lighting within LED technology along with the specification of the level of light intensity to the minimum requirements of illuminated areas.  Utilisation of residual heat from air compressors to heat up process water used for testing dishwashers.

Delivering efficient results

Some of the innovative solutions applied to this project were; the utilisation of residual heat from exhaust fumes of curing ovens to prepare fresh air transferred to a permanent workplaces. Utilisation of residual heat from exhaust fumes from paint shop to heat up process baths in paint shop.

The transfer system of warm air, which is a by-product of the technological process, was also utilized to the zones of plant where unprepared air inflows from outside (communication routes, loading and unloading zone).
