Consistent quality service

Givaudan's flavour production facility in Nantong, China was delivered in two phases. The first phase comprised powdered flavour production and Phase 2 involved a Class A & C liquid production facility. PM Group delivered both phases.

Consistent safety record

Our health and safety philosophy is 'promoting safety leadership' and this was key to the project. The Phase 2 project safely delivered 850,000 hours without an LTI. This significant milestone was achieved through the dedication and support of the site leadership team and the client.

The challenge

The main challenge was meeting the site plot ratio and Class A code requirements. The PM Group architecture and process team worked closely with the client and local authorities to develop a site master plan that met the complex China code requirements for Class A and GMP while meeting a challenging plot ratio requirement.
