Collaboration for safety performance
At peak construction, over 450 people entered the project site daily. The workforce came from over 25 countries including Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, North Africa and Europe.
With such a broad cultural workforce, managing a safe site posed many obstacles. However the main project contractors from the Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Slovenia overcame the challenges with their strong commitment to and collaboration for safety.
“Paramount to the successful safety record achieved on this project was the commitment and leadership by PM Group’s design, construction management and CQV teams.”
