PM Group win Best Coaching & Mentoring Initiative Award
PM Group was honoured to recently win the IITD Best Coaching & Mentoring Initiative Award. The Award recognizes our MIND Programme, created to support employees in their professional and personal development.
“Being awarded the Best Coaching & Mentoring Initiative is a huge honour. Our MIND Programme is only two years old but in those two short years it has made a huge impact on the organization, helping our employees to develop themselves and grow their careers,” said Roisin Doyle, L&D Business Partner – Mentoring & Coaching, PM Group.
